Questions, answered

iPhone or Android?

Both. Android has a native app. On iPhone, the full app runs in your browser and installs to your home screen, and your watch data still syncs in.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your program is built from the equipment you tell it you have. A garage with two dumbbells counts. So does a full gym. So does bodyweight only.

Is a real person actually involved?

Yes. The system runs on my coaching, encoded, and I read every member's check-ins. The community is where you can ask me anything directly.

What if it's not for me?
